Rosalie Guillem and her daughter, Audrey Guillem, had a dream - to share the delicious and exquisite French macaron with the world and to reunite their family in America doing so. However, when the Guillem family first arrived in America, they were surprised to find that the American take on the French "macaron" was often dull and uninspiring or just sugar spun into a cookie shape.

Determined to bring real and authentic macarons to America Rosalie and her family created Le Macaron French Pastries® in 2009. Now an award-winning franchise, Le Macaron French Pastries® continues to revolutionize the retail bakery sector by offering our guests more than a high quality product, that is unrivaled in flavor, texture and presentation. We offer our guests an experience that cannot be replicated.

How our Business Model Works:

Our product line handcrafted authentic French macarons and pastries are handcrafted by our team of French master chefs in our corporate Le Macaron confectionary. As the baking operation is streamlined and staff requirements are minimal, Le Macaron is suited to both first-time entrepreneurs and investors alike! These products are then distributed to our Le Macaron French Pastries® across the country.
